| High Performance Three-Stage Filtration Improves Collection Efficiency at Every Stage |

Electrostatic Air Filters :
Collects contaminants electro statically. Range of airflows from 1000 - 8500 M3 hr. Unit. Up to 90% efficient when clean.

First Stage :
A prefilter that removes larger mist Droplets, metal dust and swarf captured by the collector. A variety of first-stage filters are available: wire mesh thin screen, Polypropylene mesh or a high efficiency First-Stage for advanced models only. |

Second Stage :
A two stage electrostatic precipitator, predominantly used for smoke extraction. Contaminated air is drawn into the precipitator where it’s screened by mechanical prefilter removing large particles. The air then passes through a uniquely designed ionizer and is subjected to an intense electrostatic field which charges the particles in the air stream. These enter the collecting cell where earthed plates collect the particles.

Telescopic arms offer great air pollution extraction in those places where small operation space is available or there is no need for full range of hanging or standing arm usage. Telescopic arms can be one and only solution on the production lines where wide fume extraction coverage has to be matched with almost no operation space. |

Low pressure drup - Low energy consumption :
Because of the external arm construction, the air runs freely through the arm, which reduce the energy consumption remarkable, compared to traditional arms. The pressure drop is reduced even more because the turbulence created by the hose is lowered additionally by the use of pipe when possible. |
